It shipped quickly and arrived ready to use. It is a soft, yet sturdy black band. The velcro on the end makes it easily adjustable for anyone to wear. It is comfortable when on, and I immediately noticed a difference in my posture when on. It instantly slimmed my appearance. After having two kids in 2 1/2 years, my stomach isn't what it once was.
